作為世界最大孔位的帶索鞍的鋼絞線斜拉橋,斜拉索體系在斜拉橋中的作用不容忽視。主承包方為此采用了國內(nèi)預應力行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)柳州歐維姆公司的矮塔斜拉橋單側(cè)雙向可換式抗滑結(jié)構(gòu)體系,該結(jié)構(gòu)體系具備鋼絞線單根可換功能。
南昌朝陽大橋為單個橋塔設(shè)置9對拉索,斜拉索采用單絲涂覆環(huán)氧涂層無粘結(jié)預應力鋼絞線,塔上錨固采用分絲管索鞍錨固方式,索鞍型號為8種規(guī)格,其中99孔位的拉索規(guī)格為目前世界上矮塔斜拉橋體系采用的最大孔位數(shù)的拉索體系。該橋按技術(shù)規(guī)范要求對塔上索鞍的抗滑錨固性能進行試驗驗證,歐維姆公司根據(jù)該橋結(jié)構(gòu)特點,對相關(guān)抗滑結(jié)構(gòu)進行節(jié)段模型試驗研究,并邀請國家檢測中心的專業(yè)檢測人員進行現(xiàn)場驗證。試驗后專業(yè)人員表示:歐維姆公司的矮塔斜拉橋單側(cè)雙向可換式抗滑結(jié)構(gòu)體系滿足國際規(guī)范中對索鞍處抗滑錨固性能的要求,達到國際領(lǐng)先水平,給橋梁后期維護提供了可靠的技術(shù)方案。
建成后南昌朝陽大橋遠遠望去,橫跨贛江,六個塔柱在斜拉索的襯托下如同一個個“合”字造型,寓意“帆合連進”。多塔和單面拉索多樣組合,如同排列有序的一面面旗幟,象征著南昌人民齊頭并進謀發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)了“一江兩岸”城區(qū)珠聯(lián)璧合的盛景。
